COLMAR’s wagons can be made available for all rail gauges.
STRUCTURE:
made of sturdy electro-welded girders. Calculated according to the ORE/UIC regulations, used by the most important European Railways (ORE B 12 RP17). Static compressive stress: Max 2000 KN. Dimensional controls are carried out according to ORE DT122 regulations. Body made of steel plates: 4mm, thickness, good abrasion resistance, and cold zinc painting
BUFFER AND TRACTION ORGANS:
Traction hooks and buffers: UIC standard compliant.
Suitable to automatic coupler mounting.
BRAKING:
Pneumatic: hand brake working on the two axles.
UNLOADING GROUP:
The ballast is unloaded by gravity through four adjustable openings. Each opening is independently controlled by a system of levers. Optional: radio-controlled hydraulic system
BOGIES:
The wagon is equipped with Y 25 bogies.
WELDING:
Welding work done by an ISS (Italian Institute of Welding) certified welders, according to EN287-1, EN 288-3, EN 440, EN 499 and ISO 9692.
