Pneumatic plant composed of an:

• Air tank 100 lt.
• Compressor: Produces compressed air for the engine.
• Pneumatic Cylinders.
• Indirect Brake.
• Hopper for ballast capacity 5m3.
• No. 2 lateral rotating brushes.
• No. 1 rotating brush complete with lateral discharging belt, on both sides for cleaning the sleepers.
• No. 2 central plowshares, with the option to be used on both directions.
• No. 2 lateral plowshares for ballast profiling only used in the working direction.

Working cabin complete with:

• Instruments for Diesel engine control.
• PLC used to control the working tools safety devices and for continuous advancement.
• Lights for night working
• Acoustic and visual warning
• No. 2 cameras for visibility during the brush work
• Emergency stop buttons positioned on all four sides of the machine

The wagon is equipped of a nebulisation system for dust suppression during working operations.

DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTIONING SATELLITE:
The satellite moves inside the frame of the wagon in the area between the two axels.
The compactors and the emptying palettes move longitudinally contemporaneously.
Possibility to change the distance between the compactors and the emptying palettes, both manually and automatically.
WORKING MODE:
The cabin is equipped of all the necessary instruments to control both the Diesel engine and the accessories during the automatic phase of work with a Max. Speed of 10 km/h.
TRAVEL MODE:
When the wagon is coupled to the tamping machine, the main console automatically controls and operates all the convoy.
