TRAIN FOR CONCRETE CT03

The installation of concrete processing is a system for the continuous production of concrete, with a capacity of 65m3/h, and the possibility to discharge the final product on both sides of the convoy, through two radio-controlled self-moving and automatic belts.
The continuous concrete processing system is made of:

• n. 3 MODULO 30 for the storage of inert material, apt for a total volume of about 80m3;
• n. 1 MODULO 30 for the transport of concrete, total volume of 16m3;
• n. 1 cistern for the supply of water, both for mixing and/or cleaning, with a total capacity of 24.000 l
• Storage for tools

The above mentioned package is capable of producing about 80m3 of concrete.
In the middle of the convoy is inserted the wagon (excluded from the supply) on which the machine for continuous mixing is assembled, with annexed generator unit for the production of energy supply to feed the mixing machine, the loading/unloading belts and lighting.

For proper mixing of the concrete production, the system is complete of No. 2 loading belts (inert material + concrete) with regulation system that maintains constant percentages of both elements, to have the correct levels of material within the mixing group.
The convoy is also equipped with an independent work light plant to allow night working or inside tunnels.
The 4 MODULO 30 used for the transport of inert material and concrete can also be utilised for other purposes. The MODULO 30 that can be installed on standard flat wagons has been designed and optimized to create an automatic system of transport and unloading of ballast (or different inert material).
By connecting the four wagons, a complete system of transport and automatic unloading of varied inert materials can be formed.
