TAMPING UNIT TM02
THE MACHINE CAN BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR ALL RAIL GAUGES.
COLMAR’s Tamping Unit TM02 operates on rails through two working units that go deep into the ballast between sleepers, and compact it to form a solid base for the rail.
This equipment contains two patented independent hydraulically vibrated tamping units with adjustable frequency.
The tamping depth and the restriction time can be adjusted from inside the cabin, according to the installed superstructure.
The machine is equipped with couplers on the rear and on the front.
The driveline is composed of No. 2 axles: the front axle – driven, is rigidly connected to the frame; the rear axle – non driven, oscillates to allow the machine to be supported on minimum three points.
Metallic structure, with electro welded steel beams.
