Fulfillment of new double-track lines can be done by discharging through the side of the track already built another pair of rails at a distance from 4 to 6 m. track inter-axis.

Through the Rear Rail Discharging System, the rails are shifted on these three wagons. Each standard flat wagon has three arms, totaling nine arms each of which is endowed with two driving systems complete with rollers.

The movable arms allow the lateral rails to unload without any damage to the rail itself. The movable arms are designed and built in such a way that they can be used to unload the rails on the left and right side. The discharging speed is of about 6 km/h.
